Scott lost his right leg as a result of a farm accident in 2002. He is now in his fifth season of tournament water skiing. Scott competes in the N.S.W Malibu series throughout the year and has had a handful of round wins and a third in the series in jump. Scott competed in his first world championship in 2005 in Belgium.
